We are different to Physiotherapists, who often incorporate hands-on treatment such as manual therapy, massage, or joint mobilisation, Exercise Physiologists take a primarily hands-off, exercise-driven approach. We teach you how your body works, how movement influences your symptoms, and exactly what type, intensity, and frequency of exercise you need to achieve meaningful, long-term improvements in your health.
