About us
At Activate Rehabilitation & Health, we believe women deserve healthcare that truly listens, sees the whole picture, and provides practical tools that make a real difference in day-to-day life. As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, I created this space to give women more than a one-size-fits-all exercise program, we deliver personalised, evidence-based support grounded in clinical knowledge, lived experience, and genuine compassion.
The Approach
Women’s bodies, hormones, and health needs are dynamic. No two women present the same, and no single pathway works for everyone. My approach blends clinical expertise with a supportive, whole-person lens, helping you build strength, improve function, reduce pain, and navigate each stage of life with confidence.
I look at your health history, your symptoms, your lifestyle, and your goals to create tailored exercise and lifestyle strategies that fit into your life. Whether it’s mobility, pelvic health, fertility support, chronic condition management, or rebuilding strength after birth, you’ll always receive care that’s grounded in evidence and personalised to you.
